Terms of Use

What using Clubsilverstone means

By reading Clubsilverstone you accept that these pages are a local guide offered on the terms below. Browsing the listings, following suggestions for a night out or sharing a link all count as use. Questions about these terms can go to [email protected].

Information, not guarantees

Everything here about Tacoma nightlife, events and dining is general information and personal opinion. Hours, menus, cover charges, lineups and dates change often and may differ from what is printed here, so confirm with the venue or organiser before you travel. Menus and allergen details in particular must be checked directly with the restaurant, because the site cannot vouch for how a kitchen handles food allergies. Nothing here is advice about alcohol, safety or transport. Please drink responsibly, arrange a safe way home and follow each venue’s age and door rules.

Ownership of content

The articles, layout and original images on Clubsilverstone are the operator’s or are used with permission. You may read the pages, quote short extracts with a clear mention of Clubsilverstone, and share links freely. Republishing full articles or using them commercially requires permission from the operator.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into the site, overload it with automated requests, scrape it at scale, spread malicious code or use it to send spam. Using the site to harass venue staff, other readers or performers is also off limits. The operator can block access when that is needed to keep the site safe for readers.

Messages and tips

When you send a correction, venue tip or event suggestion, you confirm that you are entitled to share it. You allow us to use the idea to improve the site, with no obligation to reply or to publish it.

Ads, affiliate links and venues elsewhere

The site may carry advertising and may include affiliate links, for example to ticketing or reservation services, which can earn the operator a small commission at no added cost to you. A commission never decides which restaurant or show gets a mention. Restaurants, bars, ticket sellers and event organisers that we mention run their own websites and policies outside our control, and we are not responsible for their prices, availability, cancellations or conduct.

Warranties and liability

Clubsilverstone is offered in its current state, without a promise that every listing will be accurate, complete or always online. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from a night out, a ticket purchase or a meal planned using the site. Your legal rights that cannot be waived stay intact, as does any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and severability

These terms and the site may be revised at any time, and a revised version takes effect when it appears on this page. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
